Privacy Policy

Last updated: 23 October 2026

This policy explains how ClickSpero (“we”, “us”) collects, uses and protects personal data through clickspero.com (the “website”). It covers the website only. Data processed under advertiser or publisher agreements is governed by those agreements.

Who we are

ClickSpero, 60 Paya Lebar Road, #07-54 Paya Lebar Square, Singapore 409051. For any privacy question or request, contact our data protection contact at hello@clickspero.com.

What we collect

  • Inquiry form data: what you enter in our advertiser, publisher or contact forms — for example your name, work email, company, website, markets, traffic details and message.
  • Email correspondence: emails you send us and our replies.
  • Analytics data, only if you allow it: pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type and the referring site, collected by Google Analytics.
  • Technical data: our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser, requested pages, time) to run and secure the website.

We do not ask for, and ask you not to send, sensitive personal data or payment details through the website.

How we use it

  • To reply to your inquiry and discuss a possible business relationship.
  • To keep the website and its forms secure and free of spam.
  • If you allow analytics, to understand how the website is used and improve it.

We do not sell personal data. We do not add you to marketing lists without your permission.

Legal basis

Under Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA), we collect and use your data with your consent — given when you submit a form, email us or allow analytics — and for the purposes you would reasonably expect when you contact a business. Where the EU or UK GDPR applies, we rely on your consent (analytics), on steps you ask us to take before entering into a contract, and on our legitimate interest in answering business inquiries and securing the website. You can withdraw consent at any time.

Who we share it with

We use these service providers, who process data on our behalf and only for these purposes:

ProviderPurpose
Web3FormsDelivers form submissions from the website to our inbox
HostingerHosts the website and keeps its server logs
Google (Google Analytics)Website analytics — only if you allow analytics cookies
Our email providerReceives and stores email correspondence

Some of these providers process data outside Singapore. Where that happens, we take steps to make sure the data is protected to a standard comparable to the PDPA (and, where it applies, the GDPR). We may also disclose data where the law requires it.

Cookies and similar technologies

Analytics cookies are off by default. A banner lets you allow or decline analytics, and you can change your choice at any time with Cookie settings in the footer. We never enable advertising cookies: advertising storage stays denied in Google Consent Mode whatever you choose.

If you decline, no analytics cookies are stored on your device. Google Consent Mode may still send Google limited, cookieless signals (for example, that a page loaded) that do not identify you.

How long we keep it

  • Inquiries and email: as long as needed to handle your inquiry and any resulting business relationship. If no relationship follows, we delete them within 24 months.
  • Analytics: according to the data-retention setting of our Google Analytics property.
  • Server logs: according to our hosting provider’s standard retention.

Your rights

Under the PDPA you can ask to access or correct your personal data and withdraw your consent. If the GDPR applies to you, you can also ask us to delete or restrict your data, object to its use, or receive a copy in a portable format. Email hello@clickspero.com; we may need to confirm your identity and aim to reply within 30 days. You may also complain to Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Commission (PDPC) or to the data protection authority where you live.

Security

The website is served only over HTTPS with strict security headers, and its forms use spam protection. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your data.

Children

The website is for businesses and is not directed at anyone under 18.
